Snapshots of life

Our day to day in January and February...

Soaking in Vitamin D on a rare warm winter day.

Lilah had a diaper rash of death for two weeks. This is what happens when you have older brothers that have super hero underwear.

Ill never get tired of tubby photos of them.

Footie Jammies are his love language.

Date night one night. They say you start to resemble your spouse over the years...

When Pat and Fin do house projects, somehow everyone ends up with their fingers superglued together.

Lilahs first carousel ride. She kept her hands up like she was on a roller coaster the whole way.

Valentines date.

Trampoline at Nanny's house.

Teaching her the basics at an early age.

Twinsies.

Suprising Daddy with a root beer float at work that the boys promptly devoured.

Reading time on Mom's bed when Dad's away on a business trip.

Caught Fin reading all the library books to Coley.

Cousin facetime.

Sonic- Our home away from home.

The Bubonic Plague of 2014

This winter we have been hit with sickness like nothing before. In January, within 12 hours, we all 5 came down with the most vicious stomach bug I've ever seen. When I say we barely survived it, that is no exaggeration.

Here's Pat trying to finish up work from the floor by the bathroom. He was the last to get it and cared for us all until he fell victim ;o)

My dad came over bringing goodies and marked our house for us. Thanks Pops...

When we all got better, we celebrated with burgers and Kilwins Chocolates. Go big or go home.

Marbles with Nanny

Every year my mom takes the morning off work and we go to Marbles Kids Museum with her. I love the time and memories my kids make with her. This year Nicole got to come with Kate which made it even better. Fast forward ten years and a million more grand kids and I'm pretty sure we will be renting out Marbles :)
