Irony

Sometimes you look over on a nature walk and your three year old is spontaneously break dancing in the middle of a field.

Sometimes you push an empty stroller on your walks because you want a mobile cup holder. And you're lazy like that...

Sometimes you dress your toddler in a shirt that say "I love Cheerios" b/c he looks SO stinkin cute in it. But it's ironic b/c he HATES dried cereal and expects me to cook him scrambled eggs every morning.

Sometimes your boys find playing on the geriatric exercise stations more fun then the regular playground. Love the instruction boards that go with each station. Example warm up instructions for the pull up bar: Give yourself a long hug for 10 seconds. Hilar.

Sometimes your three year old challenges you to a pull up contest...

And then he wins.

Sometimes you stumble on an inspiring quote. Or sometimes it's not so much inspiring as amusing. Because really, this is a quote you're going to use to inspire senior citizens? Try asking them what they remember from YESTERDAY, let alone last year. Shoot, try asking me to remember what I ate for breakfast this morning. Sleep deprived mamas=senior citizens.

Sometimes you just gotta exercise on the bike stations in your own way.

Sometimes this is the best brother pic you can get, but that's ok because you watched them giggle at turtles sunbathing on a log together instead of capturing it.
